Kevin Macdonald was born into a working class household in Revere, Massachusetts. He attended university at UMass Amherst. The majority of his adult life has been spent in the restaurant sector in Boston, where he met his wife Caitlin in 2008 and wed in 2012. They became parents in 2016 when their cherished daughter Ella Rae was born. She ignited his most recent passion for writing children’s books.
